Disclaimer: this cannot be a comprehensive overview; it is my view and changes as new facts are incorporated. People have contributed from different areas of the City and I have used this information as I thought fit at the time. The site is in constant flux as the objectives and tactics change and as a result of new information. For example, the planning refusal for EWI (External will insulation) at the Clarendon Ellen Estate meant that preventing the replacement of a perfectly good roof became a priority. This has now failed but the council is insisting on replacing ALL the windows! So it goes on.
